It’s the first day since my full nose removal, and is it normal for the area where the silicone was removed to feel soft and squishy? If anyone has had full removal, please let me know ㅠㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
