My first surgery was done without an implant, and during my second revision surgery, I had silicone inserted. Since I had my first surgery in 2018, it has now been 4 years since my nose surgery and 2 years since the revision. I do not know if the silicone has shifted, but when I take photos, the nasal bridge area looks crooked, and after putting in silicone, I also have a foreign-body sensation. I often think about what it would have been like if I had not put in silicone during the revision surgery, and I also wonder if nose surgery itself just does not suit me.
