I had nose revision surgery today, and I spent about a month going around to about 7 places in Gangnam. I’m a bit of a perfectionist, but I really liked this director’s line, so even though it was a little pricey, I had it done there.
Interestingly, when I had my first surgery at a large hospital, I was really bleeding a lot and kept changing the gauze, but now I keep the gauze in and there’s not even a single drop of blood. It’s fascinating. Is it because it’s revision surgery? Aside from the pain from harvesting costal cartilage, my ear and nose really don’t hurt at all. I have a slightly short, upturned nose and wanted a completely straight line, and even accounting for swelling, the nasal tip isn’t lifted and it’s almost a straight shape. It’ll come down more over time, right?
I’ll leave another review after the splint is removed.
