I waited about 10 minutes before the coordinator came in for the consultation, while the director seemed uninterested in the patient. It felt like they just wanted to finish the consultation quickly. I went hoping for rhinoplasty, but they only took a cursory look, and when I asked how much could be improved, they said, “We should adjust it as much as possible,” which was disappointing. They did not even use a cotton swab to check the nasal angle or anything like that. There was no anesthesiologist on site. When I asked about the CCTV image quality, they said, “People feel differently about that, so we cannot say whether it is good or bad.” They simply seemed uninterested in patients, bothered by the consultation, eager to finish quickly, and rude. I do not recommend it.
