Four years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone. The tip drooped, it was slightly crooked, and the height was low, so I was not very satisfied—honestly, it looked better when it was still swollen. This time, during revision surgery at [Clinic A], I focused on improving the bulbous and deviated nose and wanted a more refined, prettier straight profile with a tip that would not droop.
Even though it was revision surgery, the first week after rhinoplasty was really, really difficult. I guess you never get used to this.
Anyway, after that very long period, it has now been about a month. The bulbousness, deviation, and height are exactly what I had hoped to resolve, and I really love the tip. It is round but still has a defined, prominent look. When I was searching Instagram for somewhere to consult, I happened to find this place there. Now I understand why everyone talks about a surgeon's aesthetic sense when looking for rhinoplasty.
