I really wanted to have breast surgery before turning 50, so I chose a private clinic that suited my style instead of a factory-style clinic. I was worried about pain, but the director at [Clinic A] explained tissue-preserving surgery, so I decided on this method and a full C cup. Since there seemed to be quite a few people around my age who had surgery there, I think I felt that mine would turn out well too... After one month, I am very satisfied haha. The shape and size are natural and just what I wanted!
