My thighs and lower abdomen were my complexes, so I lost about 3 kg through exercise. I liked the other areas, but my breasts also shrank considerably to about an AA cup, which made my overall body shape disappointing. Then I happened to see reviews of fat grafting. Rather than comparing many places, I had a consultation here and was satisfied enough to proceed with surgery right away. (First and second procedures / PRP included / frozen fat for the second procedure / dissolving sutures used.) At first, the liposuction areas had bruising and pain that lasted a little longer than at the grafted areas, and recovery also took time. Still, for about a month after the first procedure, I managed myself carefully and limited my activities as much as possible. The most disappointing part was feeling stiff and tight because I stopped exercising. I also had accessory breast liposuction, so stretching my arms was a little uncomfortable early on, but it gradually became easier. The second procedure used frozen fat, and perhaps because of that, my body felt much lighter than after the first procedure, and I could manage daily life without much inconvenience. It has now been about a month since the second surgery, and I am satisfied because the shape is visibly becoming more natural and prettier than it was two weeks ago. The uneven-breast area still needs some additional correction, so I plan to improve it at another opportunity. I also like that, thanks to having liposuction at the same time, the suctioned areas no longer stand out as they used to. Most of all, I feel that my overall body balance has improved, so my satisfaction is high. The breast shape has become especially natural and pretty, and I like my appearance much more in clothes. Personally, I think I would have felt a little disappointed if I had only done the first procedure, but after completing the second, I feel the result is clearly more satisfying. I still need to observe the progress longer, but so far I am satisfied overall, and I am considering proceeding with a third or fourth procedure if necessary.
