I had revision surgery, switching from Mentor Xtra to Mentor Bust. For seven years, I lived looking obviously like someone who had surgery. This time I changed to a larger size with Mentor Bust, but the feel is much better and the shape is so pretty. I think it is because it was designed to suit my body instead of simply putting in a large implant! It looks pretty without feeling bulky. After my first surgery went badly, the foreign-body sensation and stress were so severe that I wanted to remove the implants altogether, but now I think having surgery again was the right choice. The first implants were Mentor Xtra 375 and 350; this time I had Mentor Bust 470 and 435 inserted.
