I had never really thought about shaving down my dorsal hump. It did not bother me much, and although other people were having theirs shaved, I wondered whether I really needed it. But at some point I started thinking that my nose would look neater without the hump, so I had rhinoplasty haha. These days, very high noses are fashionable, and the more I looked at mine, the lower it seemed. Since shaving the hump would make my nose lower, I had the bridge raised as well so it would not end up too low haha. I did not use an implant; I used ear cartilage! I had the surgery at Wannabe Plastic Surgery with Dr. Cha Myeong-gyu. During the consultation, I asked the doctor to make it natural yet refined, but I was honestly worried it might become too dramatic. However, after the splint was removed, I loved the line so, so much My face looks more refined now that my nose is higher, and my features seem more defined, so I am extremely happy!! It looks high like the style that is popular these days, but it is not excessive, so it is exactly the line I wanted haha. I am 1000% satisfied! Part of me even wishes I had done it sooner. I highly recommend Dr. Cha Myeong-gyu.
