I had nasal removal surgery two weeks ago, and today I noticed a white round spot at the incision site. It is not inflammation, right? A pimple also came up on my chin, and I heard inflammation can spread... I do not seem to have pain or nasal swelling. In fact, it seems the swelling in my nose has not gone down yet. If it is inflammation, can medication resolve it?
