Nose Re-Surgery

Objectively, is this within the scope of an aftercare request?

In order: 1 natural, 2 first rhinoplasty, 3 and 4 current nose, 5 side view after the first surgery, 6 current side view;; For the first surgery, I had silicone and ear cartilage, but it looked unnatural and I was unhappy with the shape. For the revision, the silicone was removed and cartilage from the other ear was used to redo the tip. I even paid extra for lowering the columella, short-nose correction, and cartilage repositioning. The surgical plan was to reduce nostril show from the front. I’m now 6 weeks out. Even considering the contraction phase, isn’t the frontal nostril show excessively severe? It looks worse in person, and the asymmetry has also become much more obvious, to the point that a friend asked what I had done to my nose;;; Even if I raise my head just a little, the asymmetry becomes extremely noticeable… My natural nose had triangular nostrils, but it was absolutely never shaped like this contracted nose. Ugh T_T I can’t even tell whether the columella has been lowered, and what happened to the short-nose correction and cartilage repositioning? It looks much more upturned than after the first surgery, and the nostril show is outrageous. Isn’t this within the scope of aftercare? I paid for it, but the result doesn’t follow the surgical plan, right?… The clinic says it doesn’t look that upturned and that because I originally had asymmetry, it was bound to become more noticeable.
