It’s been well over ten years since I had orthodontic treatment, but my teeth are still aligned just as neatly, and my retainer has never shifted or come off even once. I really recommend them for orthodontic treatment. They also smoothed down the canine teeth and any protruding areas well.. The clinic is somewhat busy, so there is some waiting time, but I was satisfied with the results.
