The consultation with the director was sufficient. He said that I do have a long face, and my upper jaw is also on the longer side, so the fundamental solution would be two-jaw surgery + V-line surgery. However, since my occlusion fits well and the difference in results between V-line surgery and two-jaw surgery would not be enormous, he said it was my choice.
