Hi, I live abroad. Thirteen years ago I had a lot of threads placed in my nose, and a month ago I went to Korea to have them removed and had surgery to make my nose just slightly higher than it was with the threads (3.5 mm silicone and ear cartilage). The problem is that my nose is too upturned. I also had correction for an upturned nose, but…. Besides the cosmetic issue, my nostrils are completely uneven, and one side is straight, making the airway smaller. Last night I woke up unable to breathe through one side and even had a panic attack. I’m planning to wait six months and go to Korea from far away to have it removed, but if I keep being unable to breathe like this, I want to have it removed sooner.. If anyone has had a similar experience, please tell me. I feel completely hopeless.
