First nose surgery last May: dorsal hump reduction, osteotomy, and ear cartilage. Second surgery this May: donor rib cartilage and ear cartilage. I had revision surgery exactly one year after my first nose surgery because the cartilage showed through at the tip and my nose was not as pretty as I had imagined. The tip had drooped too much. People around me kept urging me to get a revision, so I did it. But I should have just been satisfied and lived with it... T_T After the second surgery, I became too much like Pinocchio. My nostrils were originally not visible from the front, but now they show, making my nose look like a pig’s nose T_T. The tip also often turns red. I think the skin is under too much strain. Immediately after the second surgery I made a fuss about removing it early, but they said it was too dangerous and removal was only possible after six months. I held out, and now there is finally only one month left haha. But I have so many concerns T_T. I wonder whether having surgeries so close together will put too much strain on my nose, and whether it would be better to remove it quickly before more strain develops. I’m also debating whether I should have it removed at the clinic that performed the surgery or go to a specialist removal clinic. What would be best?
