It’s been 10 days since my rhinoplasty, and I’d really appreciate some advice.. I had autologous costal cartilage, columellar work, silicone in the nasal bridge, nasal tip thickness adjustment, and alar reduction. I said I wanted a natural look, but also wanted my bulbous nose and the width from the front to be clearly improved.. The area connecting the bridge and glabella looks extremely indented. Is this unavoidable? My nostrils are also uneven I’m so stressed
