I was really worried because this was already my fifth revision, but I’m so happy with it now. In particular, recovery was truly comfortable because they didn’t put cotton packing in my nose. It was my first time without packing, and it felt like a whole new world ..✌ I could eat comfortably and sleep well, so recovery seemed faster too haha. I had the surgery at [Clinic A] with [Doctor A]. During reconstruction of my contracted nose, I received a natural design with a moderately thick, straight-line nasal tip. The doctor said the most important thing was for it to blend naturally with my face without looking overly upturned or excessively high from the side. They reconstructed the contracted nose using autologous costal cartilage, lowered the nostrils, and removed the filler I had previously received. The nasal tip was fixed using four pieces of autologous costal cartilage, which was said to provide much better fixation and support than other autologous rib procedures, with no drooping or bending of the tip. Sure enough, even at five months, there has been no drooping or bending! I had the surgery thinking this would really be my last, and people around me say it looks genuinely successful this time. I also think it has improved naturally, so I can finally breathe a sigh of relief ..haha
