I mosaiced my pores because they looked dirty, so please understand that the mosaic may make them look even dirtier.. I heard columellar contraction or retraction is a complication that happens to people who have implants removed, so why does mine feel like it is gradually sinking even though I have not had mine removed.. What do you think, does it look severe?? The nasal bridge and overall line are fine, but as the columella gradually sinks, from some angles it somehow looks a little like a strange squid nose?? I probably need revision surgery, right..? Since this was my first surgery, I did not use ear cartilage; I was told the cartilage inside the nose would be sufficient, so I had silicone plus nasal cartilage. For revision, would I definitely need donor rib cartilage or autologous costal cartilage? If I do it, will the columella become flat and straight.. Has anyone had a case like mine??

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 2 The cartilage is showing
