Nose Re-Surgery

Which is better: complete removal or revision rhinoplasty?

I was deliberating about removal, but I did not want to return to my original nose. I researched several clinics online and visited three in person. One really appealed to me, so I want to have the surgery there, but the cost is making me hesitate. Other clinics charge about 4–4.5 million won for revision or removal, while this clinic's removal cost is similar but revision is almost twice as much. Still, after examining my nose, they explained everything extremely carefully and pinpointed the problems I had been concerned about, even describing the desired shape in detail. They said the revision would use autologous costal cartilage and silicone removal at the tip, Megaderm for the nasal bridge, and ear cartilage for the tip. I am so conflicted about the cost that sometimes I think I should just live with it as it is. But aesthetically I am at my limit, and I am anxious because I do not know when silicone complications might appear; lately there have been signs again. Then I think maybe I should only have the implants removed, but my original nose was truly so low that I just want to cry. Ugh.
