Nose Re-Surgery

Are there many cases where people completely remove the autologous dermis after having it done? (Man)

I’m currently getting consultations for an autologous dermal graft... I’ve had silicone plus ear cartilage for 8 years, and my nose keeps turning red, so I’m anxious and want to remove all the implants before problems develop. Currently, I have 3 mm of silicone only around the glabella, and it was made thinner below that. I basically have a nasal bridge already... I prioritize safety over aesthetics, but since I already have an established shape, I dislike the idea of people saying I look different after revision surgery, so I’m considering dermis instead of removal... Among those who had the dermis removed, are there many cases of complications? 1. Contracture 2. Redness 3. Inflammation, etc... I’ve been reading surgical reviews, and people say they like it because it looks like their own nose, but silicone itself isn’t really that heavy for me. The tip being fixed in place is what bothers me most... So I’m thinking of using dermis for the tip too... I’m also curious what it feels like to have a nose that feels like your own...
