What questions do you all ask? I know so little that when I went to my first consultation today, I felt like I paid a consultation fee without getting anything out of it.. I had autologous costal cartilage, septal cartilage, and silicone, and I am considering complete removal. After consulting about leaving some materials versus removing everything, I cannot tell which is better. I am also curious what criteria everyone uses to choose the surgical method
