Nose Re-Surgery

Removal surgery 6 years after my first rhinoplasty

It has been 6 years since my first nose surgery. I had it done outside Seoul and have lived well without any major problems... Honestly, it has drooped a little compared with the early days. Even though the tip looks longer, I was doing okay, but my nasal bridge keeps itching, and sometimes the skin gets red, whether it is because of the silicone or not, so I am considering having it removed. This community recommends revision surgery more than removal, and it does not seem like many people get removal surgery, so I came here. Since the original surgery was done naturally, with a subtly refined look, I do not think there will be any major problem even if I remove it. I am planning consultations at [Clinic A] and [Clinic B].. I heard [Clinic A] uses a closed approach.. If everything is removed, the columella does need to be incised, right? That is what their website seems to say.. I currently have ear cartilage placed in the nasal tip.
