At the consultation, there was no feeling of aggressive sales, and both the coordinator and doctor seemed calm, which I liked. I decided to do my eyes and nose together. The eye crease itself is fine, but because it feels set deeply, I think it looks very obvious. They apparently perform upper canthoplasty on everyone, so I felt it was not suitable for eyes that do not need it. The biggest problem was the height of my nose. During consultation, I said I wanted about 3 mm added, but after the splint was removed, it was so high that I immediately asked the desk staff. They checked the chart and told me they had inserted 6 mm. I waited six months, but even after the swelling went down, the nose was still far too high, so I eventually had it removed. During the consultation about removal, I said I was upset because they had inserted it higher than discussed, but perhaps because they thought I would demand a refund or argue, the coordinator suddenly changed their story and said they had not inserted 6 mm. I had the silicone completely removed and am now living with a lowered nasal tip.
