Before my nose surgery, there were many aspects of my nose that bothered me in my everyday appearance. Whenever I took photos or looked in the mirror, I wished it could be improved a little more naturally. While looking into several hospitals, I learned about [Clinic A] through social media. I decided on functional rhinoplasty because I felt that Dr. Hyun-joo Kim had extensive experience, know-how, and expertise in autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty and revision surgery. During the consultation, the doctor understood exactly what I wanted to improve and explained in detail which surgical approach would be best, considering my current condition and the overall balance of my face, which gave me confidence. During the medical examination, the doctor also explained the things I was curious about in detail. After receiving sufficient information about the autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty method, the materials used, the expected changes after surgery, and the recovery process, I proceeded with the operation. Immediately after surgery, I was a little worried because of the swelling and discomfort, but as time passed, I could feel the swelling going down and my nose settling into a more natural shape. Whenever I had questions during recovery, the hospital guided me well, so I was able to recover comfortably. At present, many of the things that had bothered me before surgery have improved. More than anything, I like that my appearance has been enhanced naturally overall rather than looking artificially different. Recovery is still ongoing, so I am also looking forward to seeing it settle even more naturally. Overall, I am satisfied with everything from the consultation through surgery and recovery, and I am satisfied with the current result.
