Nose Surgery Reviews

7 months after implant-free rhinoplasty, I no longer look like I have a bulbous nose T_T

My nose was really unattractive because I had a bulbous nose and a dorsal hump, but I think it was a good decision to get surgery. I had implant-free rhinoplasty at [Clinic A] with Dr. [Doctor A]. The hump was not completely shaved down; it was corrected by about half, right? But the result is not excessive and looks just right...

From the front, my nasal tip used to be very blunt, so the bulbous-nose impression was strong, and my nostrils were wide, making my whole nose look very spread out T_T But now none of that is there. I was fine with the height of my nasal bridge, so I did not have silicone implants. This clinic also placed autologous costal cartilage up to the bridge, so even with implant-free surgery there is no step-off and the result was clean and well done.

When I was first researching clinics, I often heard that a step-off was unavoidable without implants, so I wondered if I should get silicone... But I do not think that is always the case! The surgical method varies slightly by clinic, so it is best to have an in-person consultation!!

My face is somewhat round, so I thought making only my nose very glamorous would look awkward. I am happy because it seems to have been done naturally to suit my image haha
