My bulbous nose was causing me so much stress that I spent a long time deliberating over whether to get rhinoplasty. I disliked the idea of implants, so I mainly researched non-implant methods. Since my nose is somewhat short, I was extremely careful because a mistake could make it look like a pig nose. Then I saw reviews saying [Clinic B] was particularly good at natural-looking noses and went for a consultation. Unlike other clinics, the staff, the consultant, and Dr. Cha examined me very carefully without unnecessary treatment. It felt so comfortable, almost like being with my dad. The doctor also had excellent aesthetic judgment and was said to be well known for revisions, which gave me confidence. The doctor said he would correct my bulbous nose and hump and use ear cartilage for the bridge to create the prettiest possible result without implants, so I scheduled the surgery right away. I’m satisfied with the result🥹 It turned out truly natural! The suture removal did not hurt at all, and I really appreciated that the doctor personally checked my progress. I heard many clinics do not have the surgeon personally follow up. Before surgery I was so scared that I wondered why I had agreed to do it, but now I wonder why I worried so much lol. It has been about two weeks since surgery and it looks really natural. I’m waiting for the remaining slight swelling to go down further. Choosing a non-implant method for my first surgery really seems to have been the best decision! It suits my face and overall harmony so well, and my features look much more defined and neatly balanced. People around me keep asking where I had it done and saying it looks so natural, which makes me happy. My only regret is that I wish I had also had alar reduction. (In the photo, I only retouched the skin because it had flared up badly.) Everyone, if you want a natural-looking nose, go to [Clinic B]🥰
