It may be hard to believe, but this is a nose that previously had alar reduction As time passed, I became dissatisfied with the height and the slightly upturned-nose feeling, so every time I looked in the mirror I had more to think about and always ended up binge-reading plastic surgery reviews I wanted a delicate yet sophisticated line, so I had rhinoplasty at [Clinic A]! I saw Dr. Cha. As soon as I mentioned the height and upturned nose, he immediately noticed the same thing, as if he were psychic... lol. He explained the most natural line and shape for my facial proportions, without pushing anything, and explained what I wanted and what would be needed to achieve it. That principle-based explanation gave me so much confidence! When the splint came off, I was nervous and excited at the same time, so my heart was pounding, but the height and line I wanted had both turned out I couldn’t close my mouth. Most of all, the tip... it had always been upturned, but now I finally have a downward-projecting tip! I love it so much! It made me wonder if my nose had always been meant to look like this, lol. It is settling into such a beautiful shape that I enjoy looking in the mirror these days, haha. I deliberated so much, but I should have just gone ahead. The tip had always bothered me whenever I took photos, looked in the mirror, or simply saw my face. Now, from every angle and everywhere I see myself, whatever else may be said, my nose is complete, haha.. Thank you so much for doing such a great job!! I wholeheartedly, wholeheartedly recommend it!
