After developing contracture, I went around for consultations about my upturned nose and had surgery with Director Jung-wook at [Clinic A]. Since my first surgery had been factory-style, this time I chose a clinic that performs only one or two surgeries a day. I wanted a strong, stable line, so I used autologous costal cartilage. As the swelling subsided, the upturned tip naturally came down as I wanted. I worried that autologous rib cartilage might make the line stiff or awkward, but it was much less uncomfortable than expected, and the overall shape is far better than before. I had been very worried after developing contracture, but now I feel relieved. I hope this will be my last revision. T_T Please don’t get plastic surgery just anywhere; research extensively, think it through, and then decide, especially for the nose. After going through this myself, I understand now.
