I remember having it removed around 2019 or 2020. Since it was during COVID, I guess it was 2020. At first, I felt that the columella area might have drooped and thought I did not like it, but now I live without worrying much about it. Looking at it now, the tip does seem slightly drooped? I remember that rather than removing everything, they removed the implant and left cartilage at the tip. I wanted everything removed, but they said my nose shape could be badly damaged if they did that, so I chose this approach. Looking back, I sometimes think I should have had everything that was put in removed... But I also think I should be grateful that it did not become completely unattractive...? I am leaving this in case it helps. There probably are not many reviews this long after the procedure.
