After bruising my nose, inflammation developed and it still hasn't improved even after taking antibiotics. When I went to the hospital, they suggested opening the nose, cleaning it, and treating the inflammation, and if that still doesn't help, removing the implant. What should I do..? Could cleaning treatment make the inflammation go away?
