The doctor looked extremely tired, and there was no postoperative follow-up. I simply went home as I was. Later, when I kept having nosebleeds, they only cauterized the area with a probe(?) and did not analyze the cause at all. I told the coordinators that my nostrils were asymmetrical, but they gave the insincere answer that nostrils are always asymmetrical. Still, I am putting up with it because I am living well with my artificial nose and have no inflammation. Perhaps because I had rhinoplasty when I was heavier, a groove formed between the silicone and the sutured cartilage after I lost weight. The shape of the silicone is also faintly visible, but it does not interfere with my life, so I am living well.
