They spoke with real integrity. It was not necessarily what I wanted to hear and might lower expectations, but they were completely honest. I had my first nose surgery elsewhere because I wanted a subtle, natural line, but as the doctor said, a nose inevitably looks operated on, and if it is going to be noticeable, a nose that looks good when noticeable is the right one. A nose that is both completely undetectable and beautiful does not exist. In photos it may be hard to tell, but in person, especially when smiling, it is always noticeable. As the doctor said, I think a nose that shows some work is prettier. Yes. They seem to have a clear aesthetic and ideal, and raise it as far as possible.
