I had a consultation at a place specializing in chin advancement. They took photos and encouraged me to use a board marker to draw the shape I wanted directly on them. I thought I had thought it through a lot, but I had never actually tried that, so it was refreshing. (This experience helped me a lot later.) They even told me to photograph the face with the marker drawing on my phone and take it home. (Later I drew it on my bare face, but it was surprisingly less attractive than what the doctor had casually drawn, lol.) Regarding chin advancement, they gave conservative advice that I should do it if I wanted it, but did not have to if I did not.
