About donor rib cartilage for rhinoplasty

Eight years ago, as soon as I turned 20, I wanted the tip raised as much as possible without silicone. One clinic said ear cartilage would be insufficient and recommended autologous costal cartilage, while another said donor rib cartilage could solve it. At the time I was simply scared of surgical scars, and donor rib cartilage was also somewhat cheaper, so I chose it. I had no complications and liked it; it was so natural that people could hardly tell I had surgery. But now, eight years later, my nasal tip has drooped, and I'm wondering if it is gradually being absorbed. I'm considering revision surgery.
