I went for a consultation about ptosis correction, and I was a little taken aback because the atmosphere was lighter than expected. Droopy-looking eyes are my main concern, so I wanted a structural explanation of why they look that way, but the consultation felt briefly summarized as, “It is because the muscle strength is weak.”
The examination was not very long either. They said my eyes would look more defined after surgery, but did not provide figures or examples of exactly how much they would change. In particular, I only heard that overcorrection could make the eyes look wide open after I asked about it first.
The price explanation was relatively detailed, but the simulation and design explanation tailored to my eyes were brief, which was a little disappointing. The consultation was not unfriendly, but I did not feel I had gathered enough information to deliberate fully and make a decision. So for now, I plan to look into it more and decide slowly.
