Complications from rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage

I had a third revision rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage at a rhinoplasty-specialized plastic surgery clinic within 100 m of Exit 4 in Apgujeong. After the rhinoplasty, they said the nasal bone had to be fixed, so they inserted a metal pin into the nasal bridge. Maybe because of the part of the metal pin exposed externally, that area became red, swollen, and painful. I told them it seemed like inflammation had developed, but even after seeing the doctor, the metal pin was not removed; I was only prescribed anti-inflammatory medication. After experiencing these symptoms a few more times, the metal pin was removed. As a result, they said the bone had melted because of the inflammation.. From then on, my nose started to become crooked. They said they would correct it by doing a dermal graft, and I paid again and received an additional procedure. Up to that point, I still trusted them. Once the graft was done, it only helped temporarily. They said that because dermis had been grafted, it would absolutely never disappear, but after a month or two, my nose returned to its damaged shape. Instead, I only ended up with needle scar marks on my nose. Two months later, they said this time it would absolutely never disappear, so I had this procedure once more. When I woke up from anesthesia and came home, there was gauze attached to my abdomen. When I removed the gauze, there was an injection mark.. What was that? I thought they might have done fat grafting. Still, I decided to trust them for the time being. The result was the same: after about two months, it was all absorbed, and my nose returned to its damaged shape again. And this procedure left another scar on my nose. (At that time too, I paid the sedation fee and part of the cost.) When I went for follow-up and said, “If I need to pay more, I will, so please, instead of doing something with injections, fix the damaged area even if it takes another surgery,” they said that this time they would reopen the nose and use bovine dermis to reinforce the nasal bridge where the bone had melted and the nasal tip. But when I woke up from anesthesia, they had done another injection procedure again. I had even said that if it was going to be done by injection, I would not do it, and the director said they understood, but again... Because of this procedure, I developed a severe depressed scar right in the center of my nose. The hospital said they would do revision surgery, so I made an appointment for October, but everyone tried to stop me, so I canceled the appointment and am going to look for another hospital.
