It’s removal of nasal tip septal extension and ear cartilage. It’s been 1 year since surgery. I have slight nasal indentation, but it doesn’t bother me much, though I’m a little worried I might get a saddle nose after total removal. Right now I’m deciding between ㅍㄹㅁ and ㅅㅇ. Both do it open, and I saw posts saying ㅍㄹㅁ has severe open-incision scarring, so I’m a bit worried. At ㅅㅇ, the director seemed confident about open-incision scarring. Both consultations were good, and the one I felt more drawn to was ㅍㄹㅁ, but lately ㅅㅇ’s reviews are good, so it’s hard to decide where to do it. If you search around, ㅅㅇ has review photos, and ㅍㄹㅁ has for several years…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
