It’s removal of nasal tip septal extension and ear cartilage. It’s been 1 year since surgery. I have slight nasal indentation, but it doesn’t bother me much, though I’m a little worried I might get a saddle nose after total removal. Right now I’m deciding between ㅍㄹㅁ and ㅅㅇ. Both do it open, and I saw posts saying ㅍㄹㅁ has severe open-incision scarring, so I’m a bit worried. At ㅅㅇ, the director seemed confident about open-incision scarring.
