My nose was a total mess: it looked long because the tip drooped + the alae were wide + the bridge protruded, haha. I wanted surgery so badly that I eventually did it, and it has now been over a month! I felt implants were a bit burdensome, so I had an implant-free procedure. The wide alae and drooping tip were corrected with autologous costal cartilage. That seems to have made it look more natural! I was surprised that my nostrils looked so pretty on the day the splint was removed, haha. I was worried that the hump might not be corrected well without an implant, but it turned out smooth and I like it. They say the tip will become more natural than now as the swelling goes down, so I plan to manage the swelling diligently and observe the progress~
