It wasn’t that I was worried because my nose was low; I disliked having a hump and a shape where the tip dropped long and downward. My older sister had nose surgery at [Clinic A], so I followed her there. I had a silicone nasal bridge and septal cartilage for the tip, along with hump and long-nose correction. Before, the nose protruded once at the hump and then fell straight down at the tip, looking somewhat like an arrow nose from certain angles. After that area was refined, the side profile flows smoothly in a straight line, so I’m satisfied. I was very worried I might end up with a feminine-looking nose, but the doctor shaped it well without losing a masculine impression, so I think my overall impression looks more masculine too. There don’t seem to be many male reviews, so I’m writing this in hopes it helps.
