Bulbous nose correction and nose surgery

I looked into clinics for nose surgery because of bulbous-nose correction. Hmm.. It isn’t an extremely wide nose that needs alar reduction, but they said the reason it looks that way may also be the drooping, long-looking columella. They suggested correcting the bulbous nose while only refining the long-looking columella. [Clinic A] – Ssofit, bulbous-nose correction, donor rib cartilage for the tip. They didn’t separately discuss using the septum and said my nose would improve much more with just tip correction. For the bridge, they said not to make it too thin. [Clinic B] – standard procedure, bulbous-nose correction, donor rib cartilage/autologous costal cartilage possible for the tip. They discussed using septal cartilage, but I’m still considering it. They said it would be needed to create a softer-looking image. I’m going to think it over more and visit more clinics.
