I had it done today. I had 6 cc of Megaderm inserted and, although I didn’t think my nose was particularly low, I really wanted to raise the tip, so I had NoseBeam plus Megaderm. If anyone who had NoseBeam has had it completely absorbed over time, please let me know in the comments. I had surgery today and will upload before-and-after photos, then post again after 6 months! I’m satisfied for now because it seems high, but I’m worried because reviews in this community say it all returns to how it was. I’d also appreciate it if anyone could tell me whether aftercare is really as important as the clinic says after NoseBeam. Honestly, I can’t tell what has changed… T_T Please let me know in the comments. This was my first nose surgery.
