Functional Nose Revision: Two Years Later

At the beginning of 2023, I had my eyes and nose done together. For my eyes, I had natural-adhesion double eyelids, medial canthoplasty, and lateral canthoplasty, and I’m very satisfied. The nose surgery was functional and covered by insurance, so I probably paid about 4 million won in total. Three months after surgery, the tip cartilage began showing through. Since revisions were covered for up to one year, I decided to lie on the operating table again. I had to pay 500,000 won for sleep anesthesia. But immediately after the revision, something became visible beside the left side of my nose. It doesn’t show well in photos, but is more noticeable in person. When I mentioned it, they said it was scar tissue. I’m really disappointed with how they handled it T_T. They must clearly know it’s protruding... Overall, the inside of my nose looks messy, as if all the supports are visible. They said it was covered with dermis, but there is still asymmetry, and on the right side it immediately feels like silicone when touched. The tip still shows through slightly, and the protrusion beside it seems to be columellar show. I’m considering a third surgery now, possibly at [Clinic A], [Clinic B], or [Clinic C]... I think it happened because my original nose was low and they raised it quite a lot. I hope the third surgery will be the last... This time I’ll have it done naturally at a private clinic T_T
