Ten years ago... the place I went for my revision. The doctor had the longest experience with noses. I went there after doing my own research because my first surgery used silicone and left my nose looking bulky, and I wanted to make it look natural. The doctor was truly kind and did their best. At the time, I did not understand my nose well. Because I have thick skin, I should never have had a dermal graft from the start, but instead of looking slender, my nose tip drooped, probably because the dermis was absorbed too much, and my nostrils became uneven. No one would have thought it was a surgically altered nose just by looking at me. There was a scar beside my nose, and people would look at it and ask, “You had surgery, right?” haha. After that, every boyfriend I met said my nose was my flaw, haha. Still, I lived with that nose for ten years, haha.. The doctor worked hard even after surgery to save my nose, and I remember the nurses being very kind. But my nose was extremely difficult, so I understand, doctor. I moved away from that doctor and had a third surgery, but it became crooked again not long afterward, haha... Where did it all go wrong??? I’m preparing for my fourth surgery now… Even though I was not happy with the result, this was the kindest hospital I had surgery at, and I liked the doctor too.
