I finally took my aunt to get it done

My youngest aunt had long been concerned about drooping above and below her eyes, but because she was not in good health, she kept postponing surgery T_T. She was also extremely fearful, so she would get scared whenever surgery came up. But as she got older, the skin above her eyes kept drooping more and the lower eyelids also descended, so this time she said, “Let’s just do it,” and I looked for a clinic. At the consultation, they said she had drooping above and below the eyes as well as slight asymmetry. We were told that a brow lift and lower blepharoplasty would be more suitable than doing everything, and she ultimately had both procedures. Before surgery, I was worried because my aunt was so afraid, but she came out after surgery better than expected. Of course, she had swelling and bruising for the first few days and felt uncomfortable, but I could see them gradually subside over time. In particular, the heaviness caused by the drooping above her eyes had improved, and the lower eyelids no longer looked as saggy as before, so her overall impression clearly changed. The asymmetry had been significant to begin with, so it has not disappeared completely, but it is less bothersome than before. My aunt was so scared at first, but now she checks the area around her eyes first whenever she takes a photo, so I think she is satisfied after all haha. It has not fully settled yet, so we need to watch it a little longer, but since surgery, the stress she feels because of her eyes has definitely decreased.
