I waited for my consultation longer than at other places, but it was fine because they spent just as long consulting with me. They explained various possible surgical options for the type of eyes I wanted and told me to choose according to my preference. After visiting several clinics, I noticed that most tended to recommend ptosis correction, but the director said I did not need it, which I appreciated. They also listened carefully to the parts I was worried about and reassured me in a way that did not feel unpleasant. The coordinator was kind too, and there was absolutely no pressure or insistence.
