Revision eye surgery review

In January, I chose an eye-surgery specialist who was among the hardest doctors at the clinic to book, read reviews in this community, carefully selected postoperative reviews, and visited several places for consultations. Even though I booked and arrived on time, they made me wait; the doctor was late, said nothing, and did not apologize, while telling patients to arrive early. The eye-shape correction was uneven and the crease was terribly unsatisfactory—an absolute legend. If you are thinking of going, go ahead. For reference, I had very clear and detailed preferences and brought many photos. I explained everything extremely carefully during the consultation with the coordinator, yet this is what happened. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they said it was because my eyes were shaped that way, and told me that a brow lift would be needed to get the crease I wanted. During the consultation, they said the desired crease would be fully possible, but after I was dissatisfied, they changed their story.
