I had LASIK in 2011. At first after surgery, my vision reached 1.2 and 1.0, so I took off my glasses and entered a whole new world. I had a little light scatter at night and dry eyes, but compared with the new world of not wearing glasses, it was truly nothing. My eyesight had been very poor to begin with.. Now, 15 years later, it feels like it has dropped slightly to around 0.7–0.8. Perhaps because time has passed and I look at my phone and monitor every day, things are not as perfectly clear as before. Still, I can get through daily life without glasses with no problem at all, so I am still extremely satisfied! People around me often ask whether vision drops after several years, but if I have maintained 0.7–0.8 after 15 years, I feel I have more than gotten my money’s worth. I do wear glasses when driving because it is a little inconvenient. I am not considering enhancement surgery. I will just live like this now.. Sigh.. haha
