I had rhinoplasty once before, but as time passed I gradually became unhappy with the shape;; I was especially bothered by the bulbous look from the front, and my nose also looked slightly crooked, so I eventually started looking into revision surgery... Since it was revision surgery, I researched more carefully this time. After visiting several clinics for consultations, I decided on Dr. Kim Soo-bin at [Clinic A] haha. During the consultation, they took a CT scan and explained in detail what needed to be corrected based on the current condition of my nose. They also showed me the expected postoperative look through a virtual simulation, which made it easy to align things with what I wanted! I said I didn’t want the tip to become too sharp or high, but wanted a clear, neat nose without anything excessive!! They seemed to understand my needs well. The revision was done with donated rib cartilage without an implant, and my crooked and bulbous nose were corrected together. As the swelling went down, the spread-out look from the front improved a lot, and the tip gradually settled into a neat shape. Many of the things I had disliked about my old nose were tidied up, so I’m much more satisfied now haha. I agonized over revision surgery, but now I feel it was the right decision:)

Photos 1 through 5 are after revision surgery; photos 6 and 7 are after receiving two touch-ups. Even after touch-ups to the tip and columella, the tip still looked too sharply turned up. The nose itself looked short, while the face looked
