Nose Surgery Reviews

Review of full rhinoplasty revision after two failed touch-ups following primary surgery

Photos 1 through 5 are after revision surgery; photos 6 and 7 are after receiving two touch-ups. Even after touch-ups to the tip and columella, the tip still looked too sharply turned up. The nose itself looked short, while the face looked long, and there was no improvement in the overly short, high-looking nose that did not suit my face. I received overall line improvement and nasal-tip improvement at [Clinic A]. We discussed: 1. a straight-natural line; 2. a pretty shape extending to the columella with a rounded-looking tip; 3. improving the facial proportions distorted by a short, high nose. After checking CT scans and nasal endoscopy, the doctor explained the materials and plan realistically, so I decided to have surgery. The doctor seemed good at creating a straight-natural line, and I thought the rounded, defined tip might make it possible to create the look I wanted. The revision turned out so well that I’m extremely satisfied. People around me also say I look very different and that it was a good decision. Photos come out well from every angle, and even the impression that my lower face looked long because of my nose disappeared.
