I am now 3 months out from bulbous nose and nasolabial angle surgery. The spread and bulbous appearance that concerned me before surgery seem to have improved naturally. At my last follow-up, Dr. Kim Hyun-joo said everything was healing well except for scar tissue at the tip. When I asked about the pimples that kept appearing on my nose and the recurring redness on the bridge and tip, the doctor said it did not seem to be an inflammatory reaction. They still occasionally turn red, but I am taking the antibiotics prescribed by the clinic! I was told to return immediately and get a CT scan to determine the cause if the redness comes back, so I feel the aftercare is good and am waiting with confidence.
